With editing tools we can make your floofy boy appear as though he held that pose like he was top of his class in obedience school.
We take our time during our session and let your dog guide the process so you little wall flower has time to warm up without any expectation of performing in any way. I’ve got a shy boy myself so I’ve mastered slow and steady.

Val, was great with our (2) dogs. She was very patient with them. I was nervous one of my boys would not play nice because he usually is not very social with new faces, but she took her time and made sure they both felt comfortable with her. She was prompt and informative in all our meetings and answered all of our questions. She even took the time to make some extra edits to our photos that I asked for last minute, even after final approvals. I know she really cares about her quality of work as you will see it in your final presentation. The photos came out Great! She really made us feel at ease from the very beginning to the end. If you are hesitant about doing a photo session of your (pet) loved ones because you think they might not play nice, just do it. I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you Val!

No worries! I’ve worked with all sorts of dogs from timid and shy to energetic and easily distracted. I come with my bag of tricks to get the best out of your pup.

I’m glad you noticed this! Say hello to the magic of photoshop! Most of the dogs I work with stay on their lead, or I provide one to use. The safety of your pet is of utmost importance to me and I would never put them in harm's way. I only ask that you choose a flat collar for ease of editing later. Harnesses can be a pain to edit out so I prefer no harnesses for our sessions, if possible.

We will work together in our planning session we’ll discuss everything about your dog beforehand so that we can determine the best location. I’ve got a few spots that are more secluded for our loud and proud dogs.

Great question! In our planning session we will review everything you need to know so that you and your dog are camera ready.

If we have not yet had our image reveal session, fear not! Even the most wiggly of butts and shy/nervous dogs have been known to peer at my lens during our shoot long enough for me to get the shot! The fast shutter speed I use picks up way more than you think. However, if you are not satisfied with the images at your reveal we will work together to schedule a re-shoot.

Absolutely! Cats are generally photographed in the home, where they are most comfortable. Within our consultation session, we will cover everything about your cat so I know how to approach them purrfectly.
